The fastest (within 72 hours at home) and most secure way is to pay with Ideal. You will be redirected to the payment page where you check the payment method and bank. Follow the steps in Dutch. You will now end up in your bank's known payment environment to continue making the payment. After confirming the purchase is complete.

We calculate the standard Post NL shipping costs including packaging costs! For other countries, different rates apply via Post NL, this is automatically calculated during the checkout if you choose Belgium as the country.

You will automatically receive a confirmation email of your order. Keep this well. It is your proof of purchase and invoice. Once the payment has been made, Tante Lolly will send the order to you as soon as possible.

All our prices include VAT. Price changes, model changes, color deviations and typing errors reserved.

Tantelolly.nl has a strict privacy policy. We take your privacy very seriously and handle your personal information with care. When you place an order, we ask: your name, address, telephone number and email address.
This personal data is necessary for the proper execution of the order and communication with you as a buyer. Tantelolly.nl will therefore never pass on, sell or rent your details to third parties or make them known in any other way.

Delivery

The goods ordered by you are delivered by PostNL (formerly TNT post) package service. Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours. We send goods to the address indicated in the order form and check your address via national and international address databases. All information provided through this site is strictly used personally and we will not give it to third parties in any way.

Returns

Return service

Because we want you to be satisfied with our shoes, there is also a possibility to exchange for online purchases. After receiving your order you have 14 days return policy. This is on condition that the products you have ordered are not damaged or have been walked on, and that the shoe box is also undamaged. Since our products are priced as competitively as possible, it is not possible to get the shipping costs reimbursed. These are then for your own account when you return.

Discounted items can unfortunately not be returned.

You are ultimately the one who determines whether the item you ordered meets your expectations. Try the article to see if they fit and meet your needs. Are you not satisfied? Then return the item within 7 days for exchange or reimbursement. Customer bears risk for this return shipment, unstamped shipments will be refused. The initial shipping costs are not refunded on a return.

Upon reimbursement, the purchase amount of the shoes will be refunded to your account as soon as we have received the return shipment.

Warranty / Complaints

We cannot guarantee if items have been used for the purpose for which they were made. Complaint returns must be sent to us prepaid. Your complaint will be processed immediately upon arrival. If your complaint is justified, we will proceed to compensation, replacement or repair of your complaint pair. No complaints / returns possible with discounted items and / or with a discount.

Complaint within trial period

If you have a complaint within the trial period (14 days) then you can return your webshop order via the answer number: Tante Lolly, Postbus 50, 2040 AB Zandvoort. Indicate clearly on your mail that it is a complaint and whether you wish to receive the item again. The shipping costs for the new order are for the account of Tante Lolly.

Complaint outside the approval period

For complaints that occur after the trial period you can send an email to [email protected] with the subject of complaint. Indicate clearly when you ordered the shoes and what type / name of the shoes it concerns. Add (if possible) a photo of the (damaged) item. You will receive a response from one of our employees via e-mail or by telephone within 7 working days.

Do you have another complaint? Report this as soon as possible to our customer service. You can submit your complaint by mail ([email protected]). Your complaint will be processed within 7 working days. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Tante Lolly Kinderschoenen guarantees that each delivered item meets the corresponding requirements of reliability and usability and existing government regulations. Tante Lolly Kinderschoenen determines whether the warranty applies and determines the method of repair and / or shipment. If you ship the item to be repaired or replaced, it must be provided with packaging that does not allow transport damage. The guarantee applies without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.

The following items are not covered by the warranty:
